Hereby, you can find the EUPAN Handbook updated by the Hungarian Presidency in the following two technical points:
- The Handbook listed all observer countries, and as there has been a big change in their number recently, therefore the list has been removed to avoid future changes in the Handbook in case of new countries. The actual list of the observer countries by name is available on the EUPAN website. Consequently, on page 15, the listing of the observer countries is deleted, and the sentence “The current list of the observer countries is available on the EUPAN website.” is included.
- Specification of page 23, that the WL and DG Secretariats meet usually online.
