Dear Colleagues,
After 13 years, the Kingdom of Spain starts its presidency in the Council of the EU since 1st July and, therefore, Spain assumes the presidency of EUPAN.
The Spanish presidency of EUPAN is a joint effort of two Directions General under the Spanish Secretariat for the Civil Service – Ministry of Finance and the Civil Service. Please accept our warm welcome expressed in the letter enclosed in the attached Information Paper by Ms. Isabel Borrel (DG for the Civil Service) and Ms. Clara Mapelli (DG for Public Governance).
We thank our dear Swedish colleagues for their hospitality and their work, and we are looking forward to seeing you in Madrid and in Barcelona in the coming months.
As the previous Czech presidency indicated in 2022, this part of the year is usually connected with the beginning of summer vacation period and with a view of taking days off so we will try to request your collaboration in a couple of surveys with enough time to avoid any kind of rush.
